Accessing PowerBI

Our reports can be found on the PowerBI web service for CSA catapult. All members of the catapult will be able to view reports, but are not generally available externally.

On the left-hand side, there is a menu bar. Near the bottom of this bar, you can see the ‘workspaces’ button, which will direct you to any workspaces you have access to. Workspaces are essentially folders where the reports are located. Business Intelligence PowerBI is the most likely place that you will be able to see, as it holds all of our finished reports. You may also have access to Business Intelligence – Dev if you are involved in the creation of a new report and are a part of the development process, which hold reports in progress.

Power BI Web Service: the left-hand menu bar contains multiple options going down the page, but the key button is for workspaces. Selecting the workspace will bring you to the 'folder' containing finished or WIP reports.
